Thank you for participating in VICIS Beat Two!

By uploading your video, you hereby grant VICIS and its subsidiaries and affiliates and designates partners and representatives a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use your video, along with your name (including any fictional names or social media handles), and picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of your physical likeness and sound, all to the extent related to or captured in the video, in all forms and in all media and in all manners by any method or device now known or hereafter devised.

You agree that this grant also includes, but is not limited to, VICIS’ use in the advertising, exploiting, and/or publicizing of any of the company’s business or interests (for example, marketing or research purposes) in any such media, in perpetuity and throughout the world.  You acknowledge that you have received good and valuable consideration for this grant and your participation in Beat Two and waive all right of inspection or approval or claim to damages or further compensation with respect to this unqualified grant.
